After years of dreaming, our clients bought their forever home in SW Portland. The midcentury house had lovely expansive views but was in need of some upgrades in both the kitchen and bath. Also coming from a one-bedroom (+loft) house with a small child, they needed the home to be fully furnished.

 

Our clients wanted an 'adult' space, allowing both friends and family to be entertained in comfort. With this in mind, we added a large built-in banquette by the kitchen to create a cozy nook. Wine bar and storage were also added as well as cosmetic upgrades. Their bathroom received a full renovation:  floor to ceiling 60s pastel tile and a cramped shower were replaced by beautiful modern concrete floor tiles and custom white oak vanity. 

 

Their living area is formal but still approachable and kid friendly. In each space, the design is fun, fresh and gracious- much like our clients themselves!
