One of our favorite repeat clients contacted Wise Design to help design & furnish their private office and reception office for their therapy practice. Our client's practice was expanding (literally, into the next suite) and they were moving to a larger private office in the same building. They wanted to take the opportunity to upgrade the furnishings and functionality of the furniture pieces that would be moving into the new space

The private office aesthetic was minimal & modern with clean blacks, grays & neutrals and pops of soothing blues and rich burgundy reds. We chose a rich walnut topped L-shaped height adjustable desk, a neutral loveseat sofa, a beautiful grey leather swivel chair, comfortable for patients, plus an elegant, cognac leather-wrapped bookshelf for all our client's books. As far as decor, plants, beautiful table lamps and accessories, a mirror and abstract art provided some interest and kept the space unique, cozy, light and bright.

 

For the reception, we chose four comfortable chairs in beautiful burgundy plus two bariatric chairs nestled under a large mirror to bounce light around the waiting room. A warm wood round coffee table & a few side tables provide a spot for patients to set their items down and/or space for magazines. Fun accents such as a black & white striped side table balance the eye catching art pieces that our client and their colleagues collected throughout the years.
